Document How do I notify you that a Performer is suspended?

If you receive notification that a Performer is suspended, you now have the facility to enter a ‘Suspended Performer’ adjustment in Compass.

The adjustment will zero the NPE / NPEE from the contract and a Suspension indicator will be placed on the Performer record under ‘Other Performer Details’.

Please ensure that you email the following suspension details to nhsbsa.liaisondental@nhs.net:

  • Name
  • Performer number
  • Period of suspension

If the Performer has been approved for Suspension Payments, these will be made via a Payment Adjustment and the NPE / NPEE will remain as zero for the suspended period.

If the Performer is working for multiple Local Area Teams / Local Health Boards, we will inform them of the suspension when we receive the above email.
