Document What should I do if my cheque isn't enclosed with my refund authorisation letter?

If your cheque isn't present with your refund authorisation letter from the NHS Dental Services then please contact our Helpdesk who will investigate further.
 

CCS Only

If a customer calls to tell us that they've received a letter advising them that a cheque is enclosed, but there is no cheque with the letter; you would need to refer this to Eastbourne so that the Patient Refunds Team can investigate further.
