Document I have paid a health surcharge on my visa for NHS dental treatment, am I exempt?

The Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS) pays for access to healthcare services but does not cover individual treatment costs such as prescriptions, dental treatment and eye tests. Unless you have a valid exemption, you are liable for NHS dental charges.
