Document What do the numbers on our practice stamp consist of?

Pre Compass

Your stamp would have three sets of numbers and should look similar to: 123456 / 0001 / 54321

1st set of numbers

This was your 6 digit provider number.

2nd set of numbers

This was your contract tag number.

3rd set of numbers

This was your practice location ID number.

Post Compass

Your new practice stamp will have two sets of numbers.

Example: 1234560001 54321

The first set of numbers is your 10 digit contract number and the second set of numbers is your practice Location ID number.

If your practice stamp is not in this format, it must be an old stamp issued before we changed over to Compass on 08 February 2016.
