Document How do I pay back debt owed by my contract?

BACS

Sort code: 60-70-80
Account number: 10008497

Wales

Please ensure you use your contract number as a reference when paying via BACS.

Instalments

Instalments can be arranged, but any money owed has to be paid back by the end of the current financial year. Arrangements would need to be made with your Commissioner (Area Team / Local Health Board).
