Document What is an 'Effective from date' when creating a Service Line in Compass?

The ‘Effective from date’ refers to the date that the change is taking effect from.

Example: It's currently the 15th May, you have a contract with a Total Contract Value (TCV) of £100,000 and you wish to increase the TCV to £110,000 from 1st September. The 'Effective from date' needs to be 1st September to stop the change in TCV happening earlier. As the 'Effective from date' is 1st September, the increased TCV change won't take place until the September schedule is ran.
