Document Why have I received the error message 'Performer tenure spans the date of retirement'?

When a change to a contract is made, Compass validates the contract right back to it's start date. 

If a performer has had a retirement date entered against them but the required 24 hour break in service hasn't been left between the date of retirement and the date the performer started back on the contract, the system will block amendments until this is resolved and you will receive the error 'Performer tenure spans the date of retirement'.

The Commissioner (Area Team / Local Health Board) needs to find the performer(s) in question and change the dates to allow the required 24 hour break in service that hasn't been done at the time the retirement was entered.
