You may receive the error message 'A Zero NPE / NPEE pension record exists after the allowed date' on Compasss when you try to amend a performers NPE / NPEE figures for the current financial year.

If so, select 'Edit' on the contract amend page. The information you're now presented with will show you which performers have a Zero NPE / NPEE during the current financial year. To resolve the issue you will either need to click 'Edit' next to each performer who requires action and either put an end date on the performer if they're no longer on the contract or update the NPE / NPEE for the performer to the correct amount that it should be for the current financial year.
