Document What can I do if I bought a Prescription Prepayment Certificate (PPC) from a pharmacy and have received a prescription penalty charge?

If you have received a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) for a prescription covered by a Prescription Prepayment Certificate (PPC) you bought at a pharmacy, you should check with that pharmacy whether they submitted your application and send proof of your PPC purchase to us.
