Document What can I do if my card is declined when paying my dental Penalty Charge Notice (PCN)?

If your payment card is declined, please check you've entered the card details correctly, your card is still valid and that you have sufficient funds in your account.

Alternatively, please contact your card provider.

If you're experiencing a technical error, please contact us using the details on your Penalty Charge Notice (PCN).
