Document What will happen if I do not respond to my dental Penalty Charge Notice (PCN)?

If you don't respond (or make payment if it's confirmed you're liable) within 28 days of your Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) being issued, an additional surcharge (50% of the penalty charge amount up to a maximum of £50.00) will be added.

If you still don't respond / pay then court proceedings may start.
