Document What should I do if I have not received my activation email?

If you have not received your activation email you must first of all ensure that you have checked your spam / junk email folder.

If the activation email is not in your spam / junk folder then you must wait 24 hours and then request a password reset.

To do this you should:
 
  • Request a password reset at the bottom of this page
     
  • Then follow the activation link from the new email that is generated
