Document My FP34 submission document hasn't arrived, when should I contact you to get a replacement?

To allow time for your submission document to arrive we are unable to accept replacement requests before 25th of the month.
 
If it hasn’t arrived by then you should contact our helpline and we can arrange to get a new copy sent out.
