Document Can I cancel the automatic renewal of my Prescription Prepayment Certificate (PPC)?

To prevent or cancel the automatic renewal of your PPC you will need to contact us.

You have the right to cancel your Direct Debit (DD) instruction with your bank / building society at any time.

You must ensure that you cancel with your bank / building society at least 3 working days before the payment date stated on your Advance Notice of Direct Debit. This is to ensure no payments are taken for the new PPC.

If your PPC has already been issued due to it not being cancelled in time, you'll be liable for the cost of the PPC based upon the start date of the PPC and the date we receive notification that you would like to cancel. If you have received your PPC in the post, this will be the date we receive it back.
