Document How will you contact me about proving my childcare costs?

We will contact you by email to the address you have provided in your Bursary Online Support System (BOSS) account. It is essential that if your email address changes, you update your details as soon as possible, so that you do not miss any communications from us regarding your childcare costs.
We will only contact you by email, so it is essential that you monitor your email inbox for messages from us and ensure that any junk mail filters you may have are set to enable you to receive emails and attachments from NHS Student Bursaries. Please also check your junk/spam folder regularly.

All students who received Childcare Allowance payments in the period to be reconciled will be contacted, even if you have completed the course or withdrawn, as the payments you received will need to be reconciled.
