Document Can I send in all evidence together to support more than one person’s application?

Yes. Please provide a student coversheet (which you can print from the “Documents” section of your BOSS account) for each of the bursary applications the supporting evidence relates to. It is important that you send us a detailed list that explains which supporting evidence is to be scanned to which BOSS account. This will enable us to link the correct documents to the correct bursary accounts. This letter must include the full name and the SBA number (unique bursary reference number) of each student (found on their student coversheet).
If you want the evidence returning to separate addresses you must include a covering letter stating this and detailing which evidence should be returned to which address. Envelopes with the correct amount of recorded (now known as 'signed for') or Special Delivery paid on them should also be included, addressed to where we should return the document/s.

Failure to provide your student coversheet and self-addressed envelope (if you're posting evidence to us) will result in the processing of your application and the return of your documents being delayed. This could also possibly result in a delay to any payment of bursary due to you.  Please also write your SBA reference number (you can obtain this from your student coversheet) in the first line of the postal address and your preferred return address on the back of the envelope that you are sending your documents in.
