Issues logging in to BOSS

If you are unable to login to your BOSS account, please check that you are using the correct username and password.

If you are unsure of your username or password please use the ‘forgotten username’ or 'forgotten password' options on the BOSS login screen.

Error message when submitting a BOSS application

If you are getting an error whilst trying to submit your BOSS application, please check to ensure you're not using incorrect characters when filling in the application.

For example, inputting a dash (-) in one of the fields instead of a zero or using the letter 'O' instead of the number '0'.

If this is the case, BOSS will allow you to get past that page but it will cause an error when you try and submit the application.
