Document What happens if I have had 3 failed password attempts whilst logging into BOSS?

If you enter your password incorrectly for a 4th time you will receive a message stating that you have exceeded the allowed number of failed log in attempts and your account has been locked.

You will need to click the link provided to reset your password. By resetting your password and using the new password sent to you to log in, your account will automatically be unlocked.
