Document What happens if I have registered and activated my account via the Activation Email link but then realised that I have mistyped OR forgotten my password / username during initial set-up?

If you have mistyped your username during the initial set-up of your account, you will either need to carry on using the username you have registered or register a new BOSS account using a different username and a different email address.

You can click on the links for forgotten password / username within the BOSS login screen on the website. We will send an email with your username / new password.
