Document How long do I have to activate my BOSS account via the Activation Email after initially registering?

The activation email states 72 hours, however it may take until 4 days after you have registered for your record to be removed. Weekends and non-working days will be counted as part of this timeframe.

If the 72 hours has passed and you still have the activation email please click on the link to activate as it may still allow you to activate your account.

If you no longer have the activation email or the system is not letting you activate after 72 hours then you will need to create a new account and may need to use a new email address and username.

Your original username and email which you used to create your first account would not be available to use a second time until after 4 days have passed.
