Document What can I do if I have entered my name or date of birth incorrectly when setting up my BOSS account?

Incorrect Date of Birth (DOB)

If you have entered your DOB incorrectly on your BOSS account this can be amended by an assessor providing we have received official proof of the correct details e.g. your passport, birth certificate, driver's licence. A change of circumstances is not required.
 
Incorrect Name
 
If your original application is pending / active

If you have entered your name incorrectly on your BOSS account this can be amended by an assessor at the time of assessment providing we have received official proof of the correct details e.g. your passport, birth certificate, driver's licence. A change of circumstances is not required.
 
If you have not yet submitted your evidence, you will need to complete a change of circumstances through your BOSS account and send in any relevant supporting evidence along with your student coversheet.
 
If your original application has been approved

If you have entered your name incorrectly on your BOSS account and your application has already been approved, you need to contact us to amend this.
