Document What should I use as proof that I'm in receipt of a qualifying benefit?

If you get, or are included in award of someone getting, a qualifying benefit you should use your latest award letter that confirms your entitlement from the relevant department as evidence.

If you don't have a copy of this letter, please contact the department that pays the benefit to request one.
