Document What do I do if I have forgotten my password for Pensions Online?

If you are the designated Administrator, you will have to email us at or telephone our POL helpdesk on 0870 011 7108.

You will then be sent a new PIN and password in the same way as when you first registered.

If you are not the designated Administrator, please contact your local Administrator.
