Document Is there a time limit to purchase my specialist equipment and send you my receipts?

Yes, you have one calendar month from the date you receive your payment to purchase your equipment and send us the receipts.
If we don't receive your specialist equipment receipts within this time, it will be assumed that you've not purchased the equipment and an overpayment will be raised for the full amount, which you'll be asked to repay.
