Document What can I do if I have not received my activation email following registration?

If you cannot see the activation email in your account immediately you should try refreshing the page and also check your spam / junk folder in case your email provider has filtered our email there.

If you still cannot see your activation email, check again later.

If it's still not there, try to register for a MyFunding account again using the same email address.

If it tells you that you already have a record but still cannot see your activation email, please register with another email address.

If you wish to use the same email address, you would need to wait four days before you will be able to re-register as the activation link will expire after 72 hours of being sent.
