Document How long does it take to resolve an appeal made through the Internal Dispute Resolution (IDR) process?

At Stage 1 of the Internal Dispute Resolution (IDR) process, you will receive an acknowledgement of your dispute within one week. A full reply or full interim reply will then be sent to you within two months.

At Stage 2 of the Internal Dispute Resolution (IDR) process, a scheme manager is required by law to respond to your dispute within two months, or contact you within a two month period to advise if further time to investigate your dispute is required.
