Document What is Actuarially Reduced Early Retirement (ARER)?

Actuarially Reduced Early Retirement, also known as Voluntary Early Retirement, refers to taking your pension benefits before your Normal Pension Age. Because your benefits are being paid early and for longer, the amounts are reduced. The amount of the reduction depends on your age in years and months on the date you take them.
