Document What is the deadline for submitting my Annual Certificate of Pensionable Profit / Self-assessment form?

The forms must be submitted by the end of February of the following year i.e. one month after their self-assessment tax return deadline.

Failure to complete these forms by the deadline will result in us not being able to provide you with any annual benefit statements, estimates, transfer values, and Annual Allowance statements in accordance with HMRC legislation. This also may result in HMRC imposing financial penalties upon you.

NHS Pensions may also report you to the GMC (General Medical Council) if you don't submit the certificates / self-assessment forms.
