Document If I need to amend the bank account details submitted on an AW8, what should I do?

When submitting an AW8 application via Pensions Online (POL), you are prompted twice to confirm the bank account details. Once the form has been submitted, it is not possible to amend the bank account details that have been provided.

If the details are incorrect after being confirmed on POL, the member themselves would need to write to NHS Pensions to provide the correct details. The member should include their bank sort code, bank account number and address in full.
