Document What should I do if I see an 'Excluded from POL' message on Pensions Online (POL)?

If you see an ‘Excluded from POL’ error message when using Pensions Online (POL) to request an Age Estimate Benefits Statement (AEBS), please click OK and NHS Pensions will automatically be notified of the error. Once the issue causing the error has been fixed, you will be notified by the POL Noticeboard and you will then be able to process the AEBS request.
