Document How can I calculate the notional whole time salary for a member who works sessions?

If the standard weekly hours for a job are 37.5 hours and the length of the sessions / programmed activities are fixed then the calculation below will be used.

 Rate per session x 10 x 52.143 = Notional Whole Time Salary

In the above example, we multiple the weekly hours by 52.143 because 365 days divided by 7 equals 52.143 weeks in a year.

Where there are variations in the length of sessions or when a member works on an as and when basis the calculation will be more complicated. In that instance you should contact us for assistance.
