Document If a scheme member claims their pension due to terminal illness, will there be any dependant's pensions paid when they die?

In this circumstance, when the member has claimed all of their pension benefits, the member's dependants will still get any pension benefits they are entitled to in full. Any adult dependant's pension and / or children's pension would be calculated using the pension value before commutation.

There would be no lump sum payable on death if these circumstances.
