Document If I am aged 75 or over, do I need to take a 24 hour break if I am returning to work after retirement?

No. If you’re aged 75 or over, you will be entitled to receive your retirement pension from your birthday without any need to take a 24 hour break in your employment or restrict your working hours in the first calendar month.

This applies to members of the 1995 / 2008 section and the 2015 scheme.
