Document What should I do if I've sent in my FP57(s) but not received a refund yet?

Sent with a PPC application form

Once your postal application has been actioned, the FP57 receipt(s) will be returned to you along with a letter advising you to take your FP57(s) and your Prescription Prepayment Certificate (PPC) to any community pharmacy to claim your refund if you're entitled. If you're not entitled, you’ll receive a letter explaining why.

Sent without a PPC application form

If we receive an FP57 with a covering letter, we'll check whether you're entitled to a refund and send you a letter to confirm whether you can get a refund from the pharmacy. Regardless of the outcome, the FP57(s) will be returned. If you're entitled, you’ll need to take these to the pharmacy in order to obtain your refund.
