Document Dental Contract Reform - Am I able to access my patient's questionnaire returns to help measure practice performance?

Patient questionnaires received by NHS Dental Services are anonymous; as such practices are unable to access these.

However, practice experience data can be found on your prototype practice’s Dental Quality Outcomes Framework (DQOF) report.

The DQOF information is published for information and quality improvement purposes and can be found in Compass using the report type code ‘PTDQOF’:
