Document Dental Contract Reform - If data is transmitted outside of the allowed timeframe, will this affect my prototype practice’s ‘Dental Quality Outcomes Framework’ (DQOF) score?

If data is received by NHS Dental Services outside the allowed timeframe, this will affect your Dental Quality Outcomes Framework (DQOF) score:

  • Practices are required to submit FP17 claims within 2 months as is the case with UDA practices and under the prototype arrangements
  • NHS appointment data within five working days (seven calendar days)

Submission of these two data sets within the allowed timeframes is a measure of quality in the DQOF report.
