Document Dental Activity Review (DAR) - 28 Day re-attendance

Letters regarding the 28 day re-attendance are sent to providers as part of a Dental Activity Review. Each letter contains a web-link to further information on the project. An overview of the review process, guidance documents and an FAQ can also be found online

Further information about the clinical record reviews, the self-audit option and how to request your 28 day re-attendance data can also be found online. No charge will be made for data requested to enable you to carry out a self-audit.

Urgent treatments aren't included in your 28 day review figures, as these are not considered as a Course of Treatment (CoT).

If you require your own data to be sent to you or you have any further queries about the '28 day' exercise then please
