Document How do I add / change individual UDA / UOA targets for each performer?

New contracts

The adding of individual UDA / UOA can be done by the Commissioner (Area Team (AT) / Local Health Board (LHB)) as part of the 7 step 'Setup Wizard' when creating a new contract. This can be done in Section 6, 'P.Targets'.

In Section 6, click 'New', enter the performer number in the 'Practitioner' box and click the magnifying glass. If you don't know the performer number just leave the 'Practitioner' box blank and click the magnifying glass, this will present a list of all the performers attached to the contract, click 'Select' next to the performer who you wish to add a target to.

You will then be given the option to enter a 'Performance Target', a 'Financial Year' and a 'Value', click 'Add' to finalise this if you are finished or click 'Add/New' to finalise this entry and add a target for another performer.

Existing contracts

Both Commissioners and providers are able to add / change these targets to performers on a contract at a later date once the contract has been set up by the Commissioner.

Location: Contract >> Contract Amend >> Edit >> Performer Contracted Activity

Find the performer and click 'Edit' in the action column. You will then be given the option to enter a / amend an existing 'Performance Target', a 'Financial Year' and a 'Value', click 'Add' to finalise this if you are finished or click 'Add/New' to finalise this entry and add a target for another performer.
