Document How do I check whether a 'Contract Provider Change' has been successful?

You can check whether a 'Contract Provider Change' you have performed has been successful in the 'Contract History Search' section of Compass.

You can search on the contract number which will return a history of the contract. You will see that the new provider is highlighted and also the date the change took effect from.

Location: Contract >> Contract History Search

You need to enter the contract number and click black search arrow then 'View'.
