Document What band of treatment is an adjustment to a Denture, Bridge or Orthodontic appliance?

If it's not long after it has been fitted, this should be considered as part of the aftercare and therefore, part of the original Course of Treatment (CoT). You'd be unable to charge the patient or claim any UDA.

However, if you feel the appliance was complete and it fit originally this would be covered under band 1 - Adjustments to and easing of Dentures or Orthodontic appliances.

Although the regulations don't mention a Bridge, this would still apply.
