Document Do I have to pay more than once for the implementation of my Pension Sharing Order if I have membership in more than one scheme?

When a Court Order is received it may affect one or both of the NHS Pension Schemes, therefore there could be up to two implementations. In line with other public service pension schemes, the schedule of charges is member specific rather than scheme specific.

This means that only one charge is payable even in the circumstance where there are two CETV or CEV calculations, two Court Order Annexes and two implementations.
