Document If my fast-tracked Cash Equivalent Transfer Value (CETV) request has been delayed will I receive a refund?

Yes. If you have paid to have your Cash Equivalent Transfer Value (CETV) request completed within six weeks and this is delayed for any reason, you are entitled to a refund.
