Document If a Scheme member working in multiple posts dies in service, which employer pays the Initial Survivor Pension (ISP)?

When a Scheme member working in concurrent employments dies in service, the member's main employer should get the actual pensionable pay rate from the member's other employers and pay the total amount as the Initial Survivor Pension (ISP) to the surviving partner.

The employer who pays the Initial Survivor Pension can reclaim this in the usual way.

isp, multiple posts, death in service, death, member dies
