Document If I return to work after retiring from the 1995 section of the scheme, how will the 16 hours per week restriction apply?

You must not work for more than 16 hours in each week during the first calendar month.

This must be a full continuous month and cannot be spread across split periods. It also cannot be an average across the month, it must not exceed 16 hours per each separate week.

The start of the week will differ depending on which day of the week you retire on. For example, if your last day of service is a Monday, your 24 hours break will be on Tuesday and to satisfy the above rule, your week will be between Wednesday and Tuesday.
