Document How do I work out what contribution tier a member should be on if they have multiple posts at different rates of pay?

Where a part-time member has other concurrent pensionable posts, each post is assessed individually when setting the tiered rate. The WTE (Whole Time Equivalent) rate of pay for each post must be used to set the tiered rate for each respective post.

Once the contribution tier for each post has been established, then the correct rate of contributions must be taken from each post.

This is the same if the member has two or more pensionable posts with the same employer or different employers.
