Document Is my child entitled to help with the cost of travel to hospital if they're under 16?

A child under the age of 16 isn't automatically entitled to help with the cost of travel to hospital, any help with travel costs for an under 16 is based on their parent's circumstances.

If their Parent / Guardian holds a valid NHS Tax Credit Exemption certificate at the time of their appointment, they would be entitled to claim.
