Document What is a COSA and when is it sent to us?

A COSA (Confirmation of Student Attendance) is a list of all students who are in attendance on a course. The list is forwarded electronically by your university to us once the course has started and you have attended the first day. The COSA cannot be sent in advance of the course starting.

As long as we have processed your application, you will receive your payment within 10 working days of the COSA being received by us.

A COSA is only needed for the first year of your course.

This process does not apply if you are a medical or dental student.
