Document Do I need to register for the flu vaccination service?

You need to register for the Manage Your Submission (MYS) portal. You can do so by completing the access authorisation form on our website.

Once we have received the completed form, we'll start the process of creating accounts for your users. This usually takes 2 to 5 working days to complete.

As part of this process, users will get an email from 'Microsoft Invitations' inviting them to access applications in our organisation by a member of our support team.

If a contractor contact us to advise they have not received the invitation, we cannot query this until it has been at least 5 working days. If 5 working days have passed then they can email nhsbsa.mys@nhs.net.
