Document I do not believe that my pharmacy has been paid correctly for our EPS items, what can I do?

Possible payment discrepancies for EPS can include:
  • missing or incorrectly paid expensive items
     
  • discrepancy between the number of item submitted and the number of items paid
     
  • paid for items which were not dispensed
If you believe an error such as one of those listed above has occurred in your account then you will need to complete a recheck request form available on our website.
