Document How can my practice request a recheck of our prescriptions?

You would need to send the details to our Customer Payment Team who will action this for you. 

You should email the Customer Payment Team and include:  
  • Practice code
     
  • Email address and/or telephone number
     
  • Month
     
  • Details of error or check e.g. switching
